The Bielda BC series is the technological pinnacle of the BIELDA hydraulic sheet bending presses.

Created by our engineers to be a match for any challenge the Bielda BC series press stands out for its ability to deliver high performance where the production environment demands low volumes and wide product variety.

Carefully selected components, a robust steel frame and a wide variety of standard equipment such as 2 Axis Servo (X, R), bending compensation over long lengths, quick tool change for full length and different set-up options make the Bielda BC the right choice for complex part production.

When machine setup and set-up times are critical for operators the solution comes from the Bielda BC Series, with the control system having a user-friendly interface that can shorten programming and program loading times.

BC series can be configured with 4 axes (Y1, Y2, X and R) up to 12 axes (Y1, Y2, X1, X2, R1, R2, Z1, Z2, AP3, AP4…)

Automatic calculation of the length of the unwind, automatic and programmable calculation of the bending order according to the thickness and type of material and according to the type of tools available.
