Oxygen cutting

Blackboard, pickled, galvanised or stainless steel sheet, aluminium or other non-ferrous materials with thicknesses from 0.8mm to 30mm can be successfully cut without further processing. Nitrogen cutting

Nitrogen cutting is a fusion cutting process resulting in a high precision cut that does not require further machining. The gas is used at pressures up to 20 bar. This process is used to cut galvanized, stainless steel and other non-ferrous metals.

Cutting with laser technology has a very low thermal impact on thin materials, which can be cut without the need for other mechanical operations during a technological process, or before painting.

The cutting process itself, compared to traditional solutions, is clean and has very little impact on the environment, or the human factor. The ventilation and air filtration solutions offered make it easy to install this equipment even in the busiest environments. The user interface and working with the machine is optimised for maximum ergonomics and efficiency.The multitude of supported CAD formats as well as the possibility to make saves, corrections or even complex drawings from scratch directly on the machine interface support maximum production efficiency.

Importing, saving and exporting files is also facilitated by the possibility of integrating the machine into the user LAN, the machine accepts formats from all established CAD programs: .dxf , dwg, Ai, AutoCad, Corel Draw. The solutions offered by the machine software facilitate the operator’s work as much as possible by generating nesting plans, predefined settings, ergonomically organized layout.

The ability to generate common sides in serial drawings provides low cutting time and maximum efficiency of the whole process.
