The Bielda laser machine adopts the CypCut control system, featuring intelligent diagnostics, multi-process operation, three-stage drilling, functional laser control, adaptive workpiece side search, automatic corner deceleration, flycut, interchangeable worktable, mechanical compensation, accuracy.
During oxygen cutting, the material is heated to melting temperature by the laser beam using gas pressures between 0.4 and 10 bar. This process is used to cut OL sheets. With thicknesses between 0.8mm and 30mm

Cutting with Bielda laser machines is extremely precise. In addition to sheet materials, pipes and metal tubes can be cut with our laser machines.
Black sheet, pickled, galvanized or stainless steel sheet, aluminium or other non-ferrous materials with thicknesses from 0.8mm to 30mm can be successfully cut without further processing. Depending on the material and its quality, different industrial gases are used at different pressures, chosen according to the cutting speed and quality selected for it.
Nitrogen cutting is a fusion cutting process resulting in a high precision cut that does not require further machining. The gas is used at pressures up to 20 bar. This process is used to cut galvanized, stainless steel and other non-ferrous metals. Cutting with laser technology has a very low thermal impact on thin materials, which can be cut without the need for any other mechanical operations during a technological process, or before painting.
The cutting process itself, compared to traditional solutions, is clean and has very little impact on the environment, or the human factor. The ventilation and air filtration solutions offered make it easy to install this equipment even in the busiest of environments. The user interface and working with the machine is optimised for maximum ergonomics and efficiency.Multiple supported CAD formats as well as the possibility to perform saves, corrections or even complex drawings from scratch directly on the machine interface support maximum production efficiency.
Importing, saving and exporting files is also facilitated by the possibility of integrating the machine into the user LAN, the machine accepting formats from all established CAD programs: .dxf , dwg, Ai, AutoCad, Corel Draw. The solutions offered by the machine software make the operator’s work as easy as possible, by generating nesting plans, predefined settings, ergonomically organised layout.
The possibility to generate common sides in the serial drawings offers a short cutting time and maximum efficiency of the whole process.

Users can graphically view real-time data dynamics via the browser, allowing remote diagnosis and maintenance of equipment. Users can use mobile phones, PDAs and other devices for real-time display of the monitoring interface and text mode to change data values, acknowledge alerts and so on.
The system has the function of an “expert system” to perform/assist product positioning, flow tracking tracking interrogation, remote fault diagnosis and interrogation of stored equipment fault data. Data is transmitted to the client, other monitoring points and the server via the Internet/5G network.
