Description
The 3-roller sheet metal bending machine Bielda B11S features a symmetric, compact, and easy-to-operate design. The rollers rotate through the engagement between the gearbox output pinion and the lower rollers, providing the torque required for bending the sheet. It is equipped with an extended shaft for profile bending and is easy to maintain.
Functions and Applications
- Asymmetric 3-roller bending machine for cold work
- Allows bending sheets up to 12 mm thickness into cylindrical tubes of various diameters
- Compact, easy to operate and maintain
Rollers
- The upper roller moves to the central position between the two lower rollers
- Movement is transmitted through the nut and worm gear
- The lower rollers are the main driving rollers
Discharge Device
- Used after completing the cylindrical rolling
- The upper roller is raised to standard height and locked with the balancing rod
- Then the pin shaft is removed from the tilting bearing and the tilting support is flipped to release the bent product
Main Motor
The transmission includes the main motor, gearbox, and other accessories for stable and efficient operation.
