• The AC Series can be configured from 4 axes (Y1, Y2, X, R) up to 12 axes (Y1, Y2, X1, X2, R1, R2, Z1, Z2, AP3, AP4…)
• The standard model features a WILA frame deflection compensation system.
• Standard control system with 2D/3D graphics and color display: Cybelec 15T, Delem 58T, or ESA675 3D CNC.
• Automatic unfolded length calculation and programmable bending sequence calculation according to material thickness and type, taking available tools into account. The 2D/3D system automatically optimizes the bending sequence and checks collision points for bent parts.
• Steel frame made of certified materials with an optimized design to ensure minimal deflection and high mechanical strength.
• The machine bed is ground on advanced CNC centers to ensure high precision.
